Laveta Coffee Co. started with a simple conviction: Los Angeles already has enough places pretending to care. We wanted to build something that actually does — a bakery and coffee bar where the espresso is pulled with precision, the sourdough is fermented properly, and the regulars are remembered by name.

We roast our own beans in small batches, bake everything from scratch before dawn, and source dairy from local dairies whenever we can. It's not a marketing angle. It's just what we do.
